Dr. Munir Kakish

is the founder and director of RCO Ministries (formally known as Ramallah Christian Outreach). He was born in Jordan in 1947. When Dr. Kakish was ten, his father passed away leaving the family to experience great financial hardships. He was then sent from Jordan to an orphanage in the town of Ramallah (just ten miles north of Jerusalem) for the following eight years.

Today, Dr. Kakish is pastoring a church and directing a Christian Center in the very same town. Sharon was raised in the USA. After graduating from college, they returned to work in Ramallah. Dr. Kakish keeps busy in many ministry activities. Sharon is a teacher by training and has worked in several schools during the last 30 years.

Since 1978, Dr. Kakish and his wife Sharon have been ministering in the Holy Land, reaching the lost for Christ, discipling the faithful and helping the suffering children. Dr. Kakish is also serving as the Chairman of the Local Council of Evangelical Churches in the Holy Land. He continues to serve alongside his lovely wife Sharon. They have four children and eight grandchildren.

Michael Kakish

was born in Jerusalem and is bilingual. His wife Jackie was born in Egypt but her family immigrated to the USA during her high school years. Michael finished masters programs at Trinity International Seminary in Deerfield, Illinois. Jackie finished a masters in Music at Wayne State University. They currently oversea the daily activities of the boys home, lead the music ministry, and young adults. Michael and Jackie returned with their daughters Lily and Carmen to minister in the Holy Land.

And a team of dedicated volunteers and partners!

There are many local and international volunteers who are a part of this team. Without them this ministry would not be the same.
